Service Agreement
Jake's Auto Spa LLC — Please read in full. By using our services you agree to these terms.
This agreement explains our obligations to you ("Client") and Jake's Auto Spa LLC ("Jake's Auto Spa", "us", "we") in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By booking or using our services you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to any detailing. Jake's Auto Spa will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, the vehicle being serviced, belongings inside, or the location of service.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. We reserve the right to take card details to secure a booking.
We detail rain or shine and are prepared for all weather conditions. Due to the time required to perform top quality services, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide notice results in an $80 cancellation fee.
- Jake's Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.
- If your vehicle or keys are not present at the time of service, the appointment may be cancelled and the $80 fee will apply.
- Gift certificate redemptions follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically redeemed for $80 if violated.
By booking, you authorize Jake's Auto Spa LLC to operate and move your vehicle as necessary during the detail job. Please ensure keys are available to us at the time of service.
All detail jobs have specified time limits based on the package selected. Time starts when the technician completes client check-in and initial equipment setup.

Results depend on the vehicle's history. Below are our guaranteed outcome benchmarks based on time since last detail:

We want you to be satisfied. No services are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise.
We conduct a final inspection together with you at the end of every job. If after we leave you find the service unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern and fix any mistakes.
We do not offer mobile detailing services on dirt roads or dirt driveways. Failure to provide a clear paved location may result in cancellation and the $80 cancellation fee.
Jake's Auto Spa cannot be held responsible for previously damaged parts while in our care. We are as careful as possible. If something is damaged during detailing, we will advise you immediately and take appropriate action.
By agreeing to our services, you also agree not to hold Jake's Auto Spa liable for any pre-existing damages. Jake's Auto Spa limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount indicated on your booking. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved — not for any specific outcome.
Jake's Auto Spa reserves the right to charge an extra time fee of $60/hour if the detail takes significantly longer than expected. You will always be informed before any extra charge is applied.
We ask for your feedback — please email jakesautospallc@gmail.com with any concerns, good or bad. Jake's Auto Spa reserves the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes on our website or social media. Your personal information will never be shown in photos.
Jake's Auto Spa LLC may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services if we determine the customer is not the right fit for our services, at our discretion.
Jake's Auto Spa does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
My payment is for dedicated service time on my vehicle, not tied to any specific outcome.
Jake's Auto Spa limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
If the job takes significantly longer than anticipated, a $60/hour extra time fee may apply — I will be warned before any extra charge.
Deposits made are non-refundable as materials are ordered on demand.
All Sales Are Final.
